A local ranching family purchased the Chute Roosters Restaurant in 2017 and have revitalized the facility for fine dining. They paired the restaurant with renowned chef, Aleaha Ghere. As the operator of Chute Roosters and the W Mill Lounge, Ali will wow you with her creative and traditional food offerings. Ali is well known for her culinary arts both in the Black Hills and abroad; her culinary studies even include institutes in Italy and New York!
